Shipping policy
Where we deliver We deliver fresh flowers across Dubai. For deliveries to other emirates, please contact us on WhatsApp (+971 56 857 0934) before placing your order. We only deliver to addresses in the UAE.
Same-day delivery Orders placed before 8:00 PM (Dubai time) can be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 8:00 PM are delivered from the next day.
Delivery time slots When you place your order you choose a delivery date and one of these time slots:
- 9 AM – 12 PM
- 12 PM – 4 PM
- 4 PM – 8 PM
- 8 PM – 11 PM
We do our best to deliver within your chosen slot. On busy occasions (for example Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, UAE National Day and Eid) delivery may take longer, and we will contact you if there is any delay.
Delivery charges
- Standard same-day delivery: 20 AED
- FREE standard delivery on orders of 300 AED or more
- Express delivery within 3 hours: 35 AED
If the recipient is not available Our driver will call the recipient on arrival. If they cannot be reached, we will call you, and where it is safe we may leave the flowers with building reception, security or a neighbour. If delivery is still not possible, we will arrange one re-delivery; a delivery charge may apply.
Please make sure the delivery address and the recipient's phone number are correct. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by a wrong address or an unreachable phone number.
